The company assists local farmers by harnessing its brand and quality advantages of shiitake mushroom sticks. On one hand, it offered high-quality affordable shiitake mushroom sticks for impoverished households and provided greenhouses free of charge as mushroom production base. On the other hand, it organized a technical team from Leping Company to poor villages to provide training on safety production and technical guidance as well as in-person instruction on how to cultivate mushrooms. Apart from its own marketing channels, the company also adopted modern means such as live broadcast on Jiangxi Satellite TV and live streaming on social media to help sell the mushrooms. During the COVID-19 epidemic, the company helped poor households sell more than 500 kilograms of shiitake mushrooms through a charity online marketing platform.

In addition, the company provides 75 jobs for local villagers every year, increasing per capita income by 14,000 yuan.
