Under this program CECEP has installed 683 LED street lights in 16 poor villages in Songxian County. It is also adding lights to the forest parks across the county seat in an effort to boost all-for-one tourism in the region. So far it has completed one fourth of its goal for this program. Meanwhile CECEP  has reached agreement with other businesses to build a wind power project in Jiugao Town with a planned investment of 700 million yuan. It will bring the region more light and hopes.
