During April 14-17, 2025, Liao Jiasheng, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Group, accompanied by outside directors Lin Wanli, Qi Guosheng, Li Yousheng, Zhou Hougui and Peng Bihong, conducted field research on key projects of subsidiaries in Hangzhou, Huzhou, Jiaxing (Zhejiang) and Shanghai.

In Hangzhou, the delegation inspected CECEP Central China Industry Development Co., Ltd.’s landmark projects including Xixi Premier Office Park, Energy & Environmental Industrial Park, and Green Building Technology Pavilion. During discussions on project operations and corporate development, Liao expressed gratitude for the directors’ guidance and acknowledged the company’s achievements. Outlining future priorities, he emphasized dual advancement of "inventory optimization" and "transformative development" to systematically drive high-quality growth. Key directives included: enhancing marketing innovation and engineering coordination to accelerate project development through market-aligned positioning and resource optimization; leveraging green building technologies to implement low-carbon upgrades in existing parks while exploring commercial models for health-focused industries under China’s dual-carbon strategy; strengthening risk management with refined cost control and comprehensive financial oversight mechanisms; and intensifying Party-building integration with operations by implementing the Central Committee's Eight-point Decision and fortifying integrity risk controls. He stressed cultivating talent to transform organizational strengths into innovative momentum.

The delegation also visited Yucun Village in Anji County, birthplace of the Two Mountains concept (lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets), and inspected General Water of China Co., Ltd’s Laohutan Reservoir, CECEP Solar’s agro-photovoltaic base in Changxing, CECEP Central China Industry Development Co., Ltd.’s Jiashan Eco-industrial Park, and Shanghai Premier Office Project, offering guidance on operations, marketing, safety protocols and grassroots Party-building.
