As of the end of March 2025, according to the ESG evaluations released by CSI Primary Industry Public Utilities for 133 listed companies, CECEP Wind-power ranked at Level A. This achievement signifies that its ESG performance has been recognized by the industry, placing it in the first echelon of ESG performers among the listed companies in this sector.

Following the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission’s 2023 release of the notice on the study and preparation of the ESG Special Report for centrally owned listed companies, and subsequent to the publication of the Draft Guidelines for Self-regulatory Supervision of Listed Companies on Sustainable Development Reports (Trial) by the Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing stock exchanges in 2024, CECEP Wind-power has placed great emphasis on ESG disclosure. The company has released ESG reports in tandem with its annual report for the past two consecutive years. The CECEP Wind-power2024 ESG Report adheres to relevant national policies and guidelines, while taking into account the company's business characteristics and the latest trends in sustainable development. To more comprehensively address issues of concern to various stakeholders, the report has expanded its stakeholder categories by adding “environment” to the six existing groups. This has led to the identification of nineteen key ESG issues, which have been prominently disclosed in the report to ensure that the core concerns of all stakeholders are substantively addressed.
